Who we are

Our website address is: https://www.dmdgfx.co.uk and operate as the dmdGFX brand. dmdGFX is a sole trader operation with Daniel Evans trading under the dmdGFX brand name and associated identities.

Who we share your data with

Your data will not be shared with any third party individuals or organizations for the use of marketing, sales and/or external operations outside of the dmdGFX brand. If required, user data will be used to confirm financing and/or logistical details in order to achieve successful services.

How long we retain your data

As a standard, a user’s data are kept within our system for a period of up to six months after the last activity date. Should a user request that no contact to ever transpire between dmdGFX and the user, this will be kept as a permanent record and will not include personal or contact information. Only the details identifying the user will be kept to ensure the request is carried out accurately. For financial data information, please see the below section detailing Payments & Invoicing section of this page.

What rights you have over your data

User’s have all rights to request the current held data on their accounts, mailing or any contact or personal data and information. Upon receiving this request, dmdGFX will gather the requested data and provide a record of the held data. Please note this could take up to a period of three working days depending on the volume of data held.

Custom orders and/or services

We offer custom services to both public and business customers. However we hold the right to refuse or cancel any requests at our discretion. Examples of this could be requests involving; racism, hate speech, intent to offend, political correspondence or propaganda, provided content that is clearly in breach of copyright law, provided content of any quality that we see as unfit for production. Our right to refuse service outside of these examples still applies.

Shipping & Returns

Due to the size of dmdGFX and our products being primarily made to order, we do not offer next day fulfilment of our items. We do ship all orders at minimum 48hr tracked via Royal Mail following production success. Depending on the item(s) requested, production on orders can take up to 5 working days to complete though this is subject to change due to order volume. As per UK trading laws, we will accept returns on any item that is in it’s original state of delivery within 14 days of the received date to the purchaser. Note returns cannot be requested on behalf of another and must be requested by the person(s) who originally submitted the order/ request. Of course we hope our products being nothing but positivity but in any other case, contact our service side via support@dmdgfx.co.uk.

Plagiarism & Copyright

We have an honest ethic and attitude towards the industry but as we accept custom orders from individuals, we are unable to always verify that the content provider has ensured their right to request customized items of certain IP’s but we do make our fullest attempt to counter these issues before progressing with an order. If user’s are wishing for custom items of an already claimed IP, they will need to provide an example of permission by the creators/ owners of the detailed content. If you feel that dmdGFX has been involved with copyright infringement of any kind, please reach out to support@dmdgfx.co.uk with details of the case.

Payments & Invoicing

Payments for orders are processed securely through Stripe Inc. through the use of contactless payments or weblink checkouts in which if any charges are incurred, this will be detailed on order forms and/ or invoices. Payment data is not saved internally within the dmdGFX space. Client company details maybe requested by dmdGFX (such as company registration numbers) in aim of producing financial documentation in which this data will be securely held internally within a digital vault for up to 8 years after the detailed customer’s latest transaction.
