Fulfilment
Once our items are ready for dispatch, we ship using tracked 48 hour Royal Mail services as standard. If their are any complications with your order or further details are required for successful delivery, please reach out to support@dmdgfx.co.uk with your order number & we will update accordingly.
With dmdGFX being a small studio, please note that as of placing an order, please allow approximately 6 working days for your order to reach you.
This is due to our products being made to order with most being customized per order. As our infrastructure grows, order turnaround time will lessen but with our honest approach to services, we’d prefer to give an accurate representation.
Shipping Costs
As mentioned above all orders are shipped at minimum with a tracked 48 hour delivery by Royal Mail & currently we’re only able to ship within the United Kingdom for standard orders. Please reach out to our team if you require international shipping.
This can vary depending on order size but as standard is at a flat rate which is stated at checkout. For custom orders this can be altered but will be clearly stated on invoices along with the additional order details.
Product Returns
Of course we hope that all orders are received in a positive light but in other such cases, please reach out to support@dmdgfx.co.uk with both the order number as well as the reasoning behind the return. As per standard UK (United Kingdom) law, a purchaser has up till 14 days after receiving an order to apply for a return.
Please note that the individual who placed the order can only request a return of goods & cannot be request on behalf of the original purchaser.
Once a returned order has been received, we will confirm the delivery & a refund will be provided via the original purchasing method (note this could take up till 14 days to be fulfilled).
If a refund is entitled, the costs transferred will cover only the item received & not that of shipping costs & the purchaser will be responsible for the costs of returning the item(s).
